Just another reminder of the State-wide Booking Session that will be held immediately following the LPAA/LPA meeting on February 3, 2010 at the Acadiana Arts Center in Lafayette. Our session will be 12 noon until 5 P.M. (if not finished earlier?) and you will order lunch to be delievered for us at noon.
Please bring CD/DVD, web sites, etc. so that you can share the information on the artists you are or want to bring to your location for 2010-2011 or sometimes in the future.
You can go to the LPN site www.lapresenters.org and make copies of the artists form to fill out on EACH artist you will "showcase." Please make 20-25 copies of each to share at the session for attendees.
